Shipping Policy
At Rivers Retreat, we ship all orders from U.S.-based fulfillment partners so your travel gear arrives quickly and reliably.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 3-11 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $50 or more
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from different partners, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment and are never charged extra for split shipments.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To correct an address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at theriversretreatllc@gmail.com. Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at theriversretreatllc@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier. Confirmed lost-in-transit packages are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
